新幹線に乗る為に時間調整の際に立ち寄った「山形みやげ」のお店。
蔵王温泉の「食事処とみたや」さんで食べた肉そばが気にいっていましたが、ここにも「冷たい肉そば」と言うのが売っていました。
当然のように早速購入します。
ツユも付いているし乾麺ですから賞味期限は長いので安心。
自宅で蕎麦を茹で、軽くした味をつけた鳥肉をオーブントースターで焼きます。
茹であがったそばに、鶏肉ときざみネギを乗せて添えてあるスープをかけ、海苔をトッピングして出来上がり。
お店で食べた肉そばとはいきませんが、鳥肉のエキスが出ているスープとそばが馴染んで美味しいです。
鳥肉も少量ではありますが、ボリュームがあって満足。蕎麦が少なめのところを補ってくれます。
そして定番のきざみネギでアクセント。
海苔の香りも香ばしく、わさびをつけて鼻に抜ける刺激も味わいます。
江戸前のせいろ系の蕎麦も大好きですが、蔵王で味わった「肉そば」にハマったアタシ。
自宅で自作もいいですが、また、山形に行って美味しい「肉そば」を味わいたいです。
