山形旅行にオシャレなカフェに宿泊施設があると聞いて予約してみました。
カフェと宿泊の部屋は3階にあり、オシャレな階段を上がって行きます。そこまで階段はありませんが2階にはアトリエがあります。アトリエの入口に可愛いリス、ブルースくんがいてひまわりのタネをあげたら食べてくれます。
予約したのは朝と夕食つきのプランです。
部屋は2部屋しかないので、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ます。宿泊者はラウンジも利用できます。
夜はカフェを貸切状態で夕食を頂きました。
棒鱈の煮物、おかひじき、鯨ベーコンのお吸い物、茶豆のオリーブオイル炒めの前菜を頂きます。
メインは山菜蕎麦。鍋に入った状態で出されたのですが、食べきれない為勿体なかったですが、どれも美味しかったです。
デザートにくるみのソフトクリームもついてます。
胡桃団子も部屋に持って帰って頂きました。
美味しかったです。
朝はカプレーゼにパンケーキ、バナナシェイク、コーヒーとお腹いっぱいになります。
お土産にクッキーもいただき美味しくいただきました。
