〈塩ラーメン 770円〉「当店は塩ラーメンがおすすめ」とメニューにあり、塩ラーメンを注文する。白髪ねぎ、メンマ、味玉、チャーシュー、細かい水菜。「素材を巧みに合わせた鶏が香る端麗系塩ラーメン、麺は細打ちストレート、あっさりでありながら深い味わいの透き通る清湯スープ」で、同じ塩ラーメンの豪華版、トッピングの多い蔵王ラーメン（塩）は1050円。おすすめトッピングの粗挽ゆず胡椒40円も塩ラーメンに合いそう。日曜１４時頃だが空いてはおらず、カウンター席、小上がりもほぼ満席の様子。
