開店当初は駐車場がイッパイの大盛況でしたが、ようやく入りやすくなりました。
入口正面には大皿に盛られた料理の数々、650円以上の料理を注文すると10種類ぐらいの料理が食べ放題になるシステムのようで沢山食べたい方には特に好評なんでしょう。
刀削麺があるならオーダーせねば。本日は五目あんかけ刀削麺。かなり具だくさんでしてメニュー写真と同じですかそれ以上の盛り付けです。海老やキクラゲなどの定番から、ヤングコーンやしめじなどの変わりネタまでタップリのっています。餡はゆるめですが味付けは濃いです、多分それは刀削麺に対応したんでしょう。
幅広く厚みのある刀削麺。ほうとうの麺よりずっと堅くて食べずらいですね。でもこれはこれで珍しい麺を楽しみましょう。
次回は登録商標の牛肉刀削麺にチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
