山形と言えばげそ天が有名です、以前テレビで見た「日本一のげそ天」を思い出したので 早速山形市内のエンドーさんに向かいました、スーパーの総菜と言う記憶があったので店内に入ると惣菜コーナーにはげそ天は置いてありません、店員さんに聞いてみたらオーダーが入ってから揚げると言う事でした。
げそ天を注文して待っている間に飲食スペースの席に座りました、日本酒の入っているケースをひっくり返して段ボールを敷いた座席です、テーブルの上にメニュー表を発見しました、ついでなので「げそば」を食べる事にしました、揚げ玉の入った細い蕎麦にげそ天 お新香と小さなおにぎりが付いていました。
げそ天を食べてみたら げそが柔らかくて衣もサクサクでとても美味しい、流石専門店♪
これだったら いくらでも食べ続ける事が出来るかも？
家に持ち帰るのも良いけれど店内で食べると揚げたてなので最高に美味しかったです。
げそ天(ブラック)も出来上がっていました、黒い色はイカ墨らしいです、味はスナック菓子のような味でした。
私が食べている間にも小さなスーパーにはげそ天を買う若い方々が次々に入店する人気店でした。
