While searching for lunch on the way to work, I found a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant and decided to go! I went to Hitorijime. I parked my car in the large parking lot and entered the restaurant. I was shown to the counter and ordered the special lunch set. I went to the center of the restaurant to get the soup, then the salad that was brought to me was served, and then the meat arrived!!! I started by grilling the kalbi, draining off the fat as I went. The meat was chewy and satisfying, and delicious. Next was the tongue. It was thick and I personally prefer tongue. The skirt steak was tasty with little fat. The portions were generous, the service was good, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. It was a great restaurant!!! Thank you for the meal!
