この日は山形市内でランチタイム。
暑い日ですから冷たい肉そばの気分。
訪問先付近を調べ、このお店に入店です。
12時15分頃でしたが、運良く入れ替わりで
着席できました。
満員御礼、人気店ですね。
早速、冷たい肉そばを注文。
ん？
ミニ唐揚げ丼のセット？
そりゃ食べたくなりますよ。
合わせて注文致しました。
待つ間、揚げる音がします。
これは嬉しいですね。
待つこと10分程度で配丼です。

唐揚げ、デカイ！
冷たい肉そばもデカイのですが、唐揚げという
常識の大きささらすれば2倍はありますね。
注文して良かった、良かった。
まずは冷たい肉そばから頂きます。
コシ強めな田舎そばは、硬すぎないので食べ
やすいですね。
キリッと辛めのスープが良い感じです。
親肉の硬さがアクセント、良く噛んで頂きましょう。
唐揚げ丼は揚げたてですから、熱々。
もも肉なのでジューシーです。
但し、揚げたての宿命、油が強めです。
これは胡瓜かトマトあたりで口をリセット
出来れば嬉しいなぁ。
また、塩分強めですか水を沢山頂きました。
しっかりとした味わいと量がありましたので、
満腹大満足。
揚げ油のニオイが服に付くのはご愛嬌ですかね。
腹一杯になり、お店を後にしたのでありました。
