山形県山形市の中心街にある「アビー」は、お洒落な雰囲気の和定食のお店です。
日曜日の11時30分過ぎ、開店直後に訪れました。注文したのは「鯛茶漬けの御膳」（1,500円）。
この御膳には、鯛刺し、三種盛、香の物、ごはん、鯛ふりかけ、そして、お茶漬け用のお茶がセットになっています。ご飯はおかわり自由です。
注目すべきは、釜で炊いたごはん、こだわりが感じられます。
三種盛は、豆富の焼き物、合鴨、そして鯛のマリネで、どれも個性的な味わいでした。
食事の進め方については、店員さんが丁寧に説明してくれます。
最初は鯛刺しをそのまま楽しんで、ごはんを一杯たいらげました。
そして、おかわりした二杯目は、鯛刺しをご飯にのせてお茶をかけて、鯛茶漬けにして楽しみました。
鯛刺し自体も非常に美味しいのですが、やはりおすすめは鯛茶漬け。
お茶が鯛とごはんにしみ込んで、一体となった味わいは、絶品です。
店内の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。
この近くに来た際には寄りたいお店です。
