山形市七日町にあるお店です。土曜日のランチで訪問してみました。
メニューは3種類。鯛茶漬けとあと他は何だったかな。ちょっと覚えてないけど、鯛茶漬けがおいしいと有名なんですよ。
もちろん自分は鯛茶漬けを注文です。
鯛茶漬け御膳 1500円
日本酒 800円
ちょっと時間がかかりましたが、到着したのがコチラです。
鯛茶漬け用の鯛はデフォルトでゴマダレがかかってます。最初に刺身で食べて、その後に茶漬けにして食べるスタイルです。
他に前菜的位置づけのおかずが3品でてきましたよ。棒鱈の南蛮漬け、蔵王鴨のロース、焼き豆腐の3種だね。
焼き豆腐は表面が香ばしく焼かれて、中はふわっとした絹豆腐だ。鴨ロースも抜群のうまさです。
どれもクオリティーの高い美味しいおかずでしたよ。夜に来て、酒を飲みながらつまむのは絶対ありだと思うな。
続いて鯛茶漬けです。
最初は刺身で食べます。
とにかく鯛がおいしいんだなぁ〜。
なめらかな味わいの鯛だよね。マジで旨いっす。
そして、タレもいいんだよね。ちょっと塩っぱめなんだけど、美味しいゴマダレです。
そして〆は茶漬けです。お茶はほじ茶なのかな。ちょっと苦目のお茶なんだけど、これがこれでいいんだわ。ちょっと大人の味の鯛茶漬けだね。
旨いと評判になるのもよくわかる鯛茶漬けでした。
