山形市七日町にあるお店。裏に駐車場がありました
外観は驚くほどにスタイリッシュ。店の前を通ったら、中を覗きたくなるような店構えです。お店の中に入っても、正面にカウンター、左手にテーブル。お客さんをいっぱい入れるというよりは、しっかり味を楽しんでください的な雰囲気です
「鯛茶漬けの御前」（１５００円）と「極上だしのスパイスカレー」（１３００円）の２択だったので、鯛茶漬けに。もう一品「炭火焼 はらこ飯」（１５００円）も載ってはいましたが、今はお休み中でした
同じ時間帯のお客さんには同時に提供、そして内容の説明です。鯛茶漬け、ご飯、惣菜３種と、香の物。ご飯の盛りは気持ち少なめ
惣菜ですが、まず驚いたのが焼き豆腐。この焼き豆腐が、あれ、お餅なのっていうくらい、モチモチしていて柔らかい。タレの絡みも良いです。そして、蔵王鴨のロースは旨みがギッシリ。棒鱈の南蛮漬けも適度な辛みがＧＯＯＤ！
鯛は厚みもあって、食べ応えがあります。濃い目の自家製胡麻ダレなんですが、決して鯛は負けていません。これでご飯が進みます。でも、何よりもご飯が美味しい。美味しくって、お替り可なので、１回お替りしちゃいました
で、ここでお替りしていても、お茶漬けタイムでもう一回。釜から、お茶碗によそってくれるのも、エンターテイメントのように、魅せてくれます。ほうじ茶ベースのお茶漬けは、タレの胡麻を最初は感じますが、後からの風味は苦みのあるほうじ茶。美味しいなぁ
ここでお終いにしましたが、他の人が頼んだ珈琲を入れているのも見て、その過程も贅沢。目の前でドリップしてくれるんですが、これは贅沢。時間に余裕が合ったら、食後にチーズケーキと珈琲が良いかもしれません
