推しのサッカーチームが山形で試合をしたので追っかけ。
せっかく山形に来たので、やっぱり牛肉を食べないと！と思い奮発して貴店へ。
山形駅前のダイワロイネットホテルの一階にあり、まだ新しいようできれいな店内。
土曜日の夜、19:30頃に予約の電話を入れると、一人でしたが快く対応していただきました。他にもひとり客は何人かいました。
お肉はすべて「米沢牛」
すきやき、しゃぶしゃぶ、焼肉、ステーキと食べ方はいろいろありました。
すき焼きの赤身とロースの2種合盛りをオーダー。
最初に付き出し(山形名物と言ったような…聞き取れず)が出て、しばらくして米沢牛降臨！
赤身、ロースそれぞれ２枚。ともにきれいなサシが入ってました。
野菜は玉ねぎ、長ネギ、春菊。えのき茸、豆腐、糸こんにゃく。珍しいもので木耳がありました。
最初は店員さんがすき焼き鍋に並べてくれました。割り下は醤油ベースで隠し味に味噌を入れているそうです。
まずはロース。赤身より脂が多いですがとろける～笑
次に赤身。こちらはほどよい噛み応えがありますが柔らか〜い。
計４枚と野菜。ご飯(山形産つや姫)お味噌汁、香の物
お肉が足りないかなーと思いましたが、これくらいがちょうど良かったです。
ラ・フランスの100%ジュースも美味しかったですよ。
