山形県上山市にある「原口そば」は、隠れ家的な立地にあります。
山奥にあるこのお店は、約30台の駐車スペースがあるので、安心して訪問できます。
このお店の注文/支払い方法は、入口で注文をした後に番号の書いたフダを渡されて自由にテーブルに座ります。
帰る際に、注文した場所でフダして支払いをします。
店内は民家の座敷で、田舎のおじいちゃんおばあちゃんの家に遊びに来たような雰囲気で心地がよかったです。
山形県の蕎麦屋さんは、このお店のような民家の座敷を使用しているお店が多くて、好きです。
注文したのは、「もりそば」（850円）と、「そばがき」（700円）。
そばがきのつけ汁は、納豆かごまのどちらかを選べ、納豆を選択しました。
待つこと約10分で最初にそばがきが提供されました。もちもちの食感と納豆の相性は抜群でした。
続いて提供された蕎麦は、長さが短めで角が立っており、喉越しが良くて、旨みもしっかりしていて美味しかったです。
蕎麦つゆも出汁が効いていて大満足の一食でした。
「原口そば」は、シンプルながらも味わい深い蕎麦を提供するお店です。
天ぷらやかき揚げなどのメニューはありませんが、それが逆に蕎麦の良さを引き立てています。
