山形旅行に行った時に訪問しました。事前に調べて龍上海が有名ということで、開店近くに行こうと計画していました。
開店して15分後ぐらいにお店に着きましたが既に駐車場は満車、近くの駐車場もほぼ空きがない状態で、少し焦りました。
店内に入るとドアギリギリまで列が出来ており、案内待ちの人でいっぱいでした。
店内は広くないですが、回転率は早くスムーズに席につけました。並んでいる間に注文を聞かれるので決めておいた方がいいです。
熱々のスープで体に染みます。麺はちぢれ麺でスープによく絡んで美味しいです。途中から味変のため真ん中にのっている辛味噌を少しずつ溶かしていきます。しっかり辛いため調子乗るとむせこみますし、汗かきます。ですが、クセになる辛さでスープを飲み干したくなります。辛いの苦手な人は気をつけてください。
