父の故郷、山形に来ました!
久しぶりに来たのでせっかくなら米沢牛の美味しいお店で食べたいと思い、百名店に選ばれていたこちらのお店へ。
前日に電話してランチの予約を……と言ったところ、連休のためか既に予約が一杯とのことで当日開店と同時に行ってみました。
名前を書くときに、ある程度何を食べたいのか選択して待ちます。
開店と同時に行ったからか程なくして名前を呼ばれ、カウンターが一杯だとのことでテーブルでも良いか確認。
テーブルでもOKと答えて個室に案内され、サーロインステーキのセットを注文。
朝食をガッツリ食べてしまったので150gで十分でした。
サラダと前菜3品（牛タンの細切り、エビの梅肉ソース、嶺岡豆腐）を頂きながら待っているとお肉が登場。
私はミディアムでお願いしました。
お店の方にお肉の写真を撮らせて頂きましたが、焼く前に写真を撮る人は少ないそうです。
しばらくしてお肉が登場！その後すぐにご飯（つや姫）とお味噌汁（豆腐とワカメ）、漬物（沢庵？とキャベツ）が運ばれてきて頂きました。
ステーキにはワサビが添えられていて、お塩（産地忘れた）と、高畠のお醤油、ポン酢などを好みに合わせてつけて食べます。
個人的にはワサビを載せて醤油が気に入りました。
お肉は、A5ランクのみがステーキで供されるようで、一切れ目は塩だけで味わったのですがお肉の旨味が感じられ、とろけるような美味しさでさすがは米沢牛！と思える美味しさでした。
食後はデザート熱いお茶を頂きましたがブドウのシャーベットのブドウの味が濃くて山形のブドウの美味しさを十分味わえました。
ドリンクは、お酒が飲めないのでメニュー記載の食後のコーヒーとは別会計のつもりでジンジャーエールを頼んでいたのですが、コーヒーの代わりにセット内で収めてくださったので助かりました。
雰囲気も落ち着いていて、とても良いお店でした。
