ヤキニクノキワミ、アッー！
ということで特選極み盛りランチの中で4800円(税込5280円)を注文しやした。
近隣の有名店では、ランチでこういういろんな部位を食べられるセットはないので、その点はてんまさんに部があると思います。内訳は焼すき、ロース、上カルビ、上タン、ハラミでした。いずれも筋などなく、焼き肉としては適度な肉厚です。上タン以外は全て米沢牛だそうでした。タレは甘じょっぱいあっさり目で、高級路線にありがちな肉の味を活かすタイプです。
じっくり焼き、育てて...パクりと頬張ると、いずれも口の中でとろけるようでした。脂の乗り方もちょうどよく、ハラミもやわらかかったです。
べ○や、い○りも行きましたし、どちらも美味しいと思いました。しかし、上等な肉を比較的安く食べられると言う意味においては、米沢牛焼肉のランチでしたら個人的にはイチオシです。
そこそこの肉をもっと安くでしたら、他にいいお店があるかもしれませんし、それは米沢牛でなくても良いと思います。
