この日は、年に1回あるかないかの外食
かなり奮発して焼肉にしました。
前に来た時は、予約なしで来たら入れなかったのでこの日は、しっかり予約をして伺いました。
席は全席個室で雰囲気がいいです。
隣の話し声が聞こえますが、そこはあまり気にしません。

この日も混んでいるようでしたが、料理の提供は早く注文してから5分は待たなく、高印象でした。

人気No.1メニューで、初めは少し物足りなく思っていましたが、食べているうちにそのプリッとした食感にハマってしまい止まらなくなりました。
・米沢牛カルビ
歳を取ってからカルビなど脂がある肉は苦手になり、何年も食べていませんでした。しかし、ここのカルビは違いました。歳を取ると脂が苦手になるのではなく、食べる肉の質によるものだと気付かされました。
