馬刺し大好き夫婦なので馬肉料理に興味津々で、飲みより料理目当てで行って来ました。
週末は満席になる事を予想して予約して行きましたが正解でした。満席で賑わっていましたがゴチャゴチャした感じはなく、店内も予想以上に綺麗でお洒落な雰囲気なので女性同士にも良いお店ですね。
お酒の種類が豊富ですが、運転係りの私はノンアルコールビール。ノンアルビール以外はソフトドリンクになるのでノンアルカクテルなどがあると嬉しいですね。
でも今回は料理目的。
お通しは仕切られたお皿に3種類。馬肉のハンバーグのような物の他はさっぱりとしたお浸しなどで、ちゃんと相性を考えておりいいですね。
まずは馬かもん盛り注文。
部位によって味も食感も異なり、モモとヒレは厚みがあって柔らかく、フタエゴは口の中で脂の甘みが肉を包むようなとろける味。お目当てのコウネ(馬のたてがみの下の部分)は見た目は脂のようですがコリッとした食感とフワッと溶けてなくなる甘い脂が絶妙です。
二人で食べたのでボリューム満点でした。
馬サラミが品切れとの事で、馬ソーセージとポテト、シーザーサラダを注文。どちらもしっかり量がありました。
そして馬鹿焼きを注文。
鹿肉も初めてですが焼いた馬肉も初めて。鹿肉は臭みもなく私は大好きです。馬肉は焼いても良し！でした。
お腹いっぱいでしたがどうしても気になっていた馬すじポン酢を注文。柔らかくて驚きました。そしてポン酢がしっかり染みていて、さっぱりといけちゃいました。お酒のつまみにも最適です。
馬肉全体に言えるのはこれだけ食べても胃もたれや胸焼けしないヘルシーさと脂の甘みが絶品。もちろん注文した料理は全て美味しくてハズレなし。
食事中に箸を落としたら、頼む前にすぐに店長さんが替えを持って来て下さり感激でした。他にも様々な気配りが行き届いており良質なお店だと感じました。
