It's nice to have a leisurely meal at a hot spring Ryokan on a trip to Akayu with the two of us, but I think it's more fun to stay at a cheap hotel and have a drink at a hot spring town. Grilled beef heart. I made a reservation over the phone locally, but I thought I had made a mistake thinking it was called ``Aburibau Shigokoro,'' but it's actually pronounced ``Shabausshin.'' Speaking of Akayu and Yonezawa, it is definitely Yonezawa beef. Restaurants where you can eat traditional shabu shabu are great, but go for modern Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It was empty under the cold skies with snow falling. There is a menu, but you order using a QR code. First up was the kimchi and namul platter. The kimchi is takuan, cheese, menma, and the namul is an unusual one with various vegetables on top. You can order different parts of A5 Yonezawa beef, but you can't go wrong with this one. [9-piece assortment of Yonezawa beef specialties] ¥4,500 Servings are 1 to 2 people, so 2 slices each was enough for a light drink. The luxurious Yonezawa beef has plenty of marbling. There are various seasonings such as salt, wine salt, and wasabi. Kamenoko, barakami, nakaochi, shintamakaburi, sagari, nakaniku, rib roast shin, rib roast kabuli, and kainomi.It's hard to decide which to eat first, but I started with the light lean meat, increasing the fat in a circular motion, and finished with kainomi. . I also wanted to try the stable tongue and short ribs. I'm a clumsy person, so I'm fine with just the fat from the ribs, but I'd like to try different parts from time to time. Kamenoko, the base of the hind legs is still refreshing, and the lean meat has gained a little fat from the barakami and nakaochi, and I don't know if it's shintamakaburi or kaburi, but it feels like the lean meat has been shaved from the thigh.
