昔から、山形県白鷹町には、各集落に一軒以上「そば屋」という屋号を持つ家があり、頼まれた時や、お祝いの席などでそばを打つ名人たちがいました。その流れを組む自宅開放型の店が国道287号線沿いに点在しています。
そういった背景から隠れ蕎麦の里として有名です。
そんな隠れ蕎麦の里が誇る、置賜地区一位とも呼び声高い「利休庵」に伺ってきました。
メニューはなんと一品のみ。
もりそば 800円
おかわり 600円
つなぎが入っていない十割蕎麦で、蕎麦の香りが凄まじかったです。ツルツル感としっかりとしたコシもあって本当に十割そばかなのかと驚きを隠せませんでした。
蕎麦で感動することは少ない質なのですが、感動しながら食べてました。
早朝から打ち始めているため、1日50食限定のようです。
付け合わせの半熟卵もそこら辺のラーメン屋よりはるかに美味しかったです。
マイベスト蕎麦更新かもしれません。
