バーのトｳモローで伺った酒田の〆の定番がここ スタンド信 です。飲食店ビルの１階奥に有ります。
いつも変わった〆は無いか聞いてはみるのですが、どこでもやはり〆はラーメン店が多いのですね。
でもこのお店勧められた１番の理由は たまご炒飯 が美味しいからなのです。
中に入ると小上がりは全て酔客餃子・ビールパーテｲーで一杯ですので、カウンターに滑り込みます。
結構梯子酒のお陰でお腹はさほど空いて居ませんので、タンメンと相棒とシェアで たまご炒飯 をお願いします。
ご飯だけで無く炒めた野菜もたまごで混ぜて炒めるのは珍しいかも。食べるとまさにぱらぱらで美味しい。
タンメンも野菜豊富で思わず完食です。
地元に愛され深夜まで賑わうこちらは温かで居心地良い空間です。
餃子とかメニューも豊富で良いお店です。ご馳走様でした。
