この8月と9月に計3回いずれも一人で訪問。
酒田の繁華街中町のパイレーツビルの向い側にあるほとんどスナックのビルの1階の奥にあります。
今から20年以上前に来たことはありますが、入ってみると全然記憶に残っておりませんでした。
店内はいい感じに古くレトロで、何十年か経っていると思われます。
小上がりでは、みな〆のラーメンを食べています。
カウンターがあるので一人でも入りやすく、餃子や唐揚げなんかもあるので、僕は何軒目かのはしご酒で利用してます。
唐揚げ、ソース焼きそば、餃子等を食べましたが、唐揚げは自家製で、飲み客相手の深夜のラーメン屋と言っても手抜きしてないのが感心しました。
ソース焼きそばはしょっぱかったので、おばちゃんに指摘したところ、私もそう思うんだけど、経営者が飲み客だからしょっぱくしないと、と料理人に指示しているようです。
店名は「すたんど信」となっていますが、メニューには「ラーメン信」と書いてあります。
隣には姉妹店の「スナックノヴ」があります。
この辺に詳しくない方は、スナック街の奥にラーメン屋があるとは気付かないかもしれません。
ラーメン以外にも卵チャーハンが美味しいとのことですが、今度半チャーハンとかたのんでみようかな。
