I tried the menu that lets you eat both Miya loin Steak and Teppan Steak. I went there around 8pm on a weekday night, and there were only two other groups of customers, so it was empty. The food was served in about 15 minutes. Even though there were no customers, it was quite slow lol I always eat Miya loin Steak, but I prefer it to Teppan Steak after all!!! It was my first time eating it, and Teppan Steak is a chewy meat with a wild texture that I'm not really a fan of. But Miya loin Steak is definitely more suitable for me.
