Yamagata Prefecture has come to Sakata. Speaking of Sakata, it is Hirata Ranch. This store is directly managed by Hirata Farm and serves pork Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and shabu shabu. The gourmet pork here is Kinka pork and Sangen pork raised at Hirata Farm. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) but no beef? There may be quite a few people who think so, but it's not a bad idea to enjoy pork once in a while. I ordered a comparison set of Kinka pork and Sangen pork. Both are delicious, but I personally prefer Kinka pork. I think the taste is on par with beef. The fat is clean and not sticky, and when you bite into it, it has a deep flavor. Even if you think Yakiniku (Grilled meat) = beef, we recommend that you try pork once in a while.
