気になっていた鉄板焼こみせん。
初訪問です。
店内、ちょうど空いた時間で、座敷のテーブルを一人で占領。
中華そばを注文します。
スープはまろやかな感じですが、
デフォでブラックペッパーが効いています。
個性的な特徴のチャーシューは、デカイバラチャーシューが一枚。
苦戦が予想されましたが、柔らかくて食べやすく、意外にもスルリと納まりました。
