This is a mobile food truck from CoCo Ichibanya in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. It was set up at the Marche held in front of Yamagin Hall. Menu received: Vegetable curry + cheese ¥1000 Hurricane potato ¥300 2023.11 I went to the Marche held in front of Yamagin Hall in front of Yamagata Station. Most of the stalls were from the Shonai area, and among them was CoCo Ichibanya's mobile food truck from Tsuruoka. CoCo Ichibanya is also nearby, so it doesn't feel special, but it seems that the Tsuruoka store is the only one that has a mobile food truck. Apparently they currently own two. This time, some of the products were out of stock when I arrived at the Marche, so I had to ask CoCo Ichibanya for help in satisfying the demands of my child who is in a mode where he really wants to eat curry. So I found the "vegetable curry" that is only available on the mobile food truck. I added cheese to this. [Vegetable curry + cheese topping] The cheese seems to be hidden under the curry, and when you bite it with a spoon, the cheese appears. As the name suggests, it is rich in vegetables, with chunky carrots and potatoes, fine young corn, and a large amount of squishy mushrooms. It is easy for children to eat, and the cheese makes the flavor mellow, so it was delicious to share with my family. I haven't been to a Coco Ichibanya restaurant for a while, so I would like to find an opportunity to go with my family. Thank you for the meal.
