今日も鶴岡は暑い
入店すると元気な声でお迎えいただきました。
変わっていることに、注文＆前払い方式。
いきなりだったので戸惑った。
少し悩んでらーめん大盛をオーダー。
太麺のこってり。
もうフツーに大盛を頼んでしまった･･･。まぁいっか。
近所の方々に愛されているのでしょう。
｢～だのぅ｣とか方言が飛び交う。いい雰囲気ですね。
そして着丼。デカっ！
麺大盛は+200円だが450gだそう。
さっそくいただきます！
最初はスープ。
醤油の味が強い。そしてアッツアツ。多少しょっぱいカンジだが、今日みたいな猛暑な日にはいいかも。
続いて麺。
太麺のピロピロちぢれ麺。噛むともっちりとして弾力があって旨い！
チャーシューは厚めのが３枚。しっかりした歯ごたえ。
時間をかけて完食。いやぁ食べごたえがあった。満腹満腹。
しかし、以前は麺1kgも食べていたのに450gで満腹とは。
背脂はブリブリ系だったのでスープ完飲はできず。
店内は適度な涼しさで、食事中も汗をかくことなく快適に食べることができた。素敵な心配りに感謝です。
そして退店時にも元気なあいさつ。
こういう元気なお店って好きだなぁ。

さて明日は鶴岡滞在最終日。
どこのお店に行こうか迷っています。
