On my first visit to Tsuruoka, I went to "Ramen Mangbi" recommended by a citizen of Tsuruoka. I ordered a regular-size bowl of "kotteri" recommended by a friend of mine Ramen. The price was 950 yen, the same as in Tokyo, but when I tasted it after it arrived, I found it to be an outstanding cost-performance ratio Ramen. The soup is a combination of seafood and animal broth with a soy sauce flavor, and although it has a lot of fat on the back, it is very light. The pork was sliced into three thick slices and there were plenty of thinly sliced soft and tasty bamboo shoots, and the noodles were a generous 350g of thick noodles!
