『紅屋』さんに会社の慰労会でお邪魔しました。
定着した献立を敢えて決めず、その時のお客様の最高のシチュエーションに合わせた日本料理を創作する心使いがいいですね！
季節の旬な素材を生かした「お造り」が
相変わらず一品一品丁寧です！
「松茸の土瓶蒸し」
海老・鶏・銀杏・三つ葉 に上品なお出汁に松茸の香りが絶品！
「米沢牛のローストビーフ」
柔らかで濃厚な旨み日本のブランド「米沢牛」にもう！ほっぺた落ちそう！
「岩海苔のおにぎり」
山形県庄内で創られた美味しいお米を、日本海の荒波に揉まれ育った香り豊かな岩海苔で包み込んだ！もう至高とも言える一品！
鮮やかな紅色の暖簾を川面からの柔らかな風がゆらりと揺らし、
和の情緒を堪能でき、大切な人を安心してご案内できます。
個人的には『紅屋』さんの
磯の香りが何とも言えない絶品「岩海苔のおにぎり」が大好きです！

味付けもとても上品で旬の 食材、日本料理の和 を楽しめるお店です。
