今回いただいたのは｢すきやき｣がついた宴会コース、豪華な前菜･新鮮なお造り･揚げたての天麩羅･旬の小鉢･焼きたての焼魚･炊きたてのご飯･デザートと一目で細部まで拘って丁寧に調理したことが分かります。
山形牛を使用しているという柔らかいお肉の｢すきやき｣、具材もたれも上品な味で大満足の食事になりました。
