日本海 寒鱈祭り(鶴岡)にやってきた。寒鱈がまさに旬。今夜は前夜祭。
太田和彦さんがおすすめのこちらのお店。後輩に予約をとってもらいやってきました。
コース料理 4000円を事前に注文しておいてもらい、あとは山形の地酒を堪能する。
寒鱈を、西京焼き、白子ポン酢、どんがら汁といただいていく。どんがら汁とは鱈鍋の粕汁だが、新鮮な鱈の白子とレバーとあおさが入っていることがこの地方での絶対条件なのだそうだ。
そして、〆は生たらこごはん･･･ちーん･･･なにこれっ･･･美味しすぎます。
通風まっしぐらでもかまいません。ほかほかのごはんの上に、明太子でもない、ふつうの生たらこ。生たらこ。こんなに美味しいんですか！美味しすぎてごめんなさい。
