鶴岡随一と居酒屋探訪番組で紹介された居酒屋です「のう」。鶴岡駅から30分程度歩きます。先客１名常連様のカウンター席に座ります。メニューが出されますが、悩ましいので「お任せなら4000円からになります」に乗っかり、お酒は、「十水」（トミズ）500円。ガラス徳利で氷桶に容れて頂き、前菜は、ニシガイ、モズク。庄内の恵みを感じます。刺身盛り合わせは、ガサ海老、タコ、タイ。ガサエビは、見た目よりも味で、先日、新橋でも海鮮丼にありました逸材。馬面味噌漬（単品1000円）に合わせ、なまいき1000円は、300mlの瓶です。煮魚は、テンコ（メバル）（単品価格800円）。「岩牡蠣」も来ます。レモン以外は地元です「のう」。アラカルトメニューで一番気になりましたのが、岩牡蠣で幸せです。少し硬いのが特徴かしら?今ご飯の用意してますのでとのことで、ニンゲン茄子の漬物。ご飯は、弁慶飯と鯨汁。脂が美味しいです。弁慶飯のお漬物は、実はメロン。さくらんぼが来て、「お茶にしますか」。庄内の味を堪能しました102分です。
