山形蕎麦巡り
1日めでここは嬉しい誤算。
いろんな店に行ってわかったが、山形のお蕎麦やさんは必ずお新香を出してくれる。
特にナスやたくあんなどが多かった。
美味しい。
道の駅に併設しているような場所で、築200年というなんとも趣深い建物でいただく。
冷たいそば茶と、たくあんをいただきながら
天ぷら蕎麦を待つ。
味
10割ではないため、香りはそこまでだが、喉越しと口当たりは良い。天ぷらも、まあまあで、地のものも入っていてなかなか。
大皿で出てくるので量も多い。
オーソドックスではあるが、なかなか良いところだった。
