ふらっと山形。
鶴岡市で気になっていた食堂に訪問しました。
お店の名前は文下食堂。
場所は鶴岡市文下村の内というところ。
お店の隣に車を止めて訪問できました。
昔ながらの食堂という感じで席数は30席くらいありそうだったかな。
メニューは非常にシンプルで中華そばのボリュームを選ぶのみ。
今回は中華そば普通盛をチョイス。
しばらく待って提供されたのがこちら。
おー、シンプルなビジュアルで旨そうですなー。
チャーシュー4枚、メンマ、ネギ海苔。
なみなみとスープが注がれています。
薄かったら入れてとカエシを出してくれたのと漬物も出てきました。
スープはやさしい目の味わいで昆布や煮干がメインかなー。
私は提供してくれたカエシを追加して味を調整しました。
麺は縮れの入った中細麺かな。
やや柔らかい目のゆで加減がこのラーメンにはあってます。
赤身メインのチャーシューは好みで美味しくいただけました。
瞬殺で食べ終わりました。
こういうラーメンが不通に食べられるのはいいなー。
近所にあって欲しいと思わせるお店でした。
