毎度、鷹の巣へ。
店内入って券売機。
この日にポチったのは、
とんこつ玉子（840円）。
親父さんに促されてテーブル席へ。
食券を渡しながら、麺硬めを打診。
最近柔めなのよね。
厨房内、おかみさん。
フロア、親父さん。
の、まさかの二人営業。
いやぁ、ハラハラしました。
とんこつ玉子の方はというと、
いつものクリーミーなスープに中細ストレート。
やはり硬めが正解でした。
さらに細くて硬いと良いかも。
ですが、これはこれでこういう嗜好なのかも。
