中華そば 小小 700円
琴平荘を後にして琴のが臨休、琴壱臨休とついておらず、山形といえばのケンちゃんラーメンへ突撃。琴壱からは数百メートルという位置。
月曜日 12:15到着、前回は山形市内の店舗で普通を食べたらかなりの量だったので、食券機で小小を購入し入ろうと思ったら、ちょっと待っての指示。先客3名が店内待ちでした。
12:22着席
食券を渡して好みがある場合伝えます。味の濃さや油の量、麺の固さなど。
今回は全て普通にします。
12:28着丼
小小にしてみたものの見た感じは普通の一杯。チャーシュー2、ノリ、ネギ、メンマと結構な量。
まずはスープから一口いただくと山形のお店同様、煮干し+動物系のスッキリスープです。後味も良くて美味しい。
麺は、極太縮れ自家製麺で、加水はやや少なめでワシワシ系、この噛みごたえと麺の踊る感じがケンちゃんですね。
めんまは細めの味付け控えめ、チャーシューはバラともも2種類入っていて、バラの方は脂身の旨み、モモはしっかり肉の旨みを感じることができました。ネギも多くアクセントになり、全体的に大満足の一杯です。
