ケンちゃんラーメンとの出会いは約30年程前。
初めて食べた時は、正直美味しいとは感じなかったので、それから10年は食べてなかったのですが、知り合いにケンちゃんラーメン好きが居て、「ケンちゃんの美味しさは、一回では分からない。2,3回以上は行かないとー」と言われて通ってみたら、なる程、今では、ケンちゃんラーメンが好き。
仙台のおでん屋さんで、知り合いになった人が、ケンちゃんラーメンの話をしたが故、無性に食べたくなり、訪問。
開店11時少し前に、もう開店して、数人の待ってたお客さんが、入店。私も続きます。
中華そばの小盛り、麺は250㌘。これで大満足な量です。発券して、席を指定されて、券をお店の方が取りに来てくれた時に自分の好みを伝えます。
私はうす口の油ぽく。
うす口の油なしをいつも頼むのですが…
12分位、待ちました。
どんぶりを直接、テーブルに置くので、丼の下が、油ギッシュになりますので、お気を付けて下さい。
油ぽくは、透明なラードがきらきらとスープを覆っているので、超激アツで、ちょっと猫舌の私には手強かったですが…
