The store has been loved by the local community for a long time, even after changing its name from the original "Kien" to its current name. Today I visited for the first time in a while♪ I ordered Tai Ramen (large size)... ¥1,100 + ¥100 It's a bit pricey, but I understand the preciousness of rock nori, partly because it grows near the Sea of Japan (; ^_^A But overall it was disappointing (;∀;) I don't think you can imagine from the photo, but the soup wasn't light, it was just thin... (I'm sorry to say this, but it was watery) The noodles were different.
