I arrived at opening time today, so I managed to park. There is a shopping center across the street, so some people park there. I usually choose Shofuku ramen with mini curry salad or curry and mini Ramen, but today I ordered the must-have value set of Shofuku ramen and winged Gyoza / Dumpling. This curry is also a European style curry and is recommended. This Shofuku ramen seems to have been inherited from a grandmother who ran Cafeterias in Mikawa Town. I don't know about my previous grandma's restaurant, but I love the simple taste of this ramen and the traditional soup. Also, the chewy, smooth, medium-thick curly noodles are also good. However, the doneness of boiling may always be soft. And this time, I'll be making some fried winged Gyoza / Dumpling that I started making some time ago. In a little over 10 minutes, the rice bowl was ready. soup. kind. The ingredients are also simple. The char siu is thin, but it has the same delicious taste as it always has. Gyoza / Dumpling should be eaten as is at first, and then Gyoza / Dumpling sauce will come with it, so use that. Afterwards, I heard that it is recommended to eat it with a special miso sauce, so that's how I tried it. It's a little less crispy than I expected. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
