数年前、国道沿いに大きな朝日寿司看板が…。 で、寿司食べたさにヨットハーバー前に。
して、暖簾をくぐり、酢の匂いと凜とした空気とメリハリの利いた親方が歓迎。
瞬時、にここは寿司処だ…と感じた。 オススメは地モノ握りが…と。 で、それをお願いする。
長皿に盛られた白身魚がならぶ。 見たことも食べたこともない魚が…。
カウンター越にさりげなく小声で魚の説明を受ける。 初心者には嬉しい気配りだ。
で、寿司と親方の気配りに感銘、心に残る鼠ヶ関…。
で、次回はカウンターで洛陽でも愛でながら、地魚で一献と相成っていた。
宇都宮から鼠ヶ関３９０㎞、カウンターで呑む雰囲気に弾む心は軽く、北へ北へと快速走行。
