グルメツアーで庄内地方１泊２日でよく行きます
アルケッチャーノ」で夕食、翌日酒田こい勢、平田牧場などまわり羽黒山などお気に入りです
産直あぐりも忘れてはなりませんでした
地元の方に翌日農家レストランに誘われました
はっきり言って家庭料理なので期待しておりませんでした
ところが脱帽です
オーダーは1000円のランチ（予約必要）
８月にもお伺いしており、２会連続脱帽のため、超めんどくさがり屋の私が
いつも読ませていただいているお礼です
写真を見てのとおり、いたって地味な料理です
しかし、その完成度の高さは絶品です
豆ごはんの塩加減、おむすび、まさに塩梅の言葉を思い出しました
ごま豆腐、言葉がありません。すべてにおいてレベルが高いのです
その日によりメニューが変わるそうなのでしばらくは通いたいと思います
