「次女なのに長男なの。」と
笑わせてくださる、
「長南さん」が営まれる
農家レストラン。
自分の畑など、
その季節季節時々で採れる
地のものしか出さない。
庄内の郷土作物
今の時期は
カラトリという芋の茎、
もってのほかという名の食用菊など、
野菜が主なおかずになりますが
どれも、おいしい。
紫蘇の実を乗せたご飯も進んでしまって
２杯いただきました。
私も今、義理の母と暮らしており
この手の料理の大切さに気付かされて
そんなタイミングでここに来れたのも
何かのご縁。
来年は、春から夏に来てみよう。
昔の日本には有り、今の日本には稀。
そんな大切な価値に出会えました。
長南さんのお人柄も素晴らしく
ファンになりました。
