タラが美味いこの季節、いつもウチで食べるのはだいたい寒ダラ汁ですが
べんけいの タラづくし を食べてきました。
べんけいが今の場所に移ってからは初めて行きましたが、個室があるのでゆっくり飲めていいですね。
今回のタラづくし、寒ダラ汁はもちろん、グラタン、白子、ムニエルなど、いろんな味が楽しめて美味かったです。
中でもハーブが効いたムニエル、そして肝とあえて食べるウマヅラの刺身がビールのお供に最高でした。
