地元の人気店。
庄内のお酒をいろいろ飲みたくて、飲み比べセットを注文。
10種類の中からやまと桜・出羽の雪・くどき上手・羽前白梅をチョイス。選べる飲み比べは嬉しい。どれも辛口なので口当たりがすっきりしていて美味しかった。
料理は5品をお願いした。
・ガサエビ
定番の塩焼きを注文。パリパリの皮にしっと
りした身がよく合う。バランスが良い。
・ハタハタの田楽
メニューを見て一番気になった品。大きめの
ハタハタの淡白な味わいに、味噌の濃厚さが
ベストマッチ。思わず店主に「美味しい」と
叫んでしまった。
・庄内豚の背骨揚げ
硬すぎず、柔らかすぎず揚げ方が絶妙。庄内
豚の旨味が引き出されていた。
・ホタテとしめじのグラタン
クリームソースの味付けが好み。ホタテの存
在感もバッチリ。
・ガサエビ
特製タレをかけたガサエビの素揚げは、店
主の自慢の逸品とのことで再び注文。甘めの
タレが良く合う。塩焼きと甲乙つけがた
い。ガサエビの食材としての素晴らしさを感
じた。
