この日は山形で一泊！
長い車での移動中に調べておいたお店に伺う事に。
とりあえず開店時間に合わせてお店へ
が、開店時間になっても暖簾も電気もつかない。
お休みかと思いましが、一応電話してみると今開けますとの事。
5分ほどして暖簾が出て店内へ。
6時まで予約が無かったので、のんびりしてましたとの事。
一人なのでカウンターに座りメニューを見ると、旬のお任せ料理 2800円と言うのが目に留まります。
お通しに蕨とつぶ貝が出て来たので聞いてみると、この二品を入れて7品ほどの料理が出てくるとの事。
ならばそれでお願いしましょう。
生ビールで喉を潤し、わらびを摘みます。
東北の旬の味覚、美味しいですねー
ボチボチ出て来ますからと、まずはお豆腐。
そしてお次はお造り。
綺麗な盛り付けですが、お任せなのにお造りの説明はなし。
目の前のカウンターで調理してるのになー
この辺は残念。
お刺身はどれも美味しい。
そしてガサ海老の唐揚げの登場。
甘めのタレが掛かっていますが、サクっと揚がった海老がおいしい。
と、ここから一気に料理が出て来ました。
孟宗竹の入った孟宗汁、写真を忘れましたが桜鱒の焼き物、以上7品目。
オススメメニューのお値段を見ると、お任せはお得感は高い。
しかしこれだけ一気に来ちゃうのもなー
もう少し時間を掛けて提供して欲しいところ。
とりあえず くどき上手をお願いしてマッタリモードへ
こぼし升まで、ギリギリ入った日本酒。
やはりこう言うお料理は日本酒ですね。
サクラマスも脂が乗って美味しい。
お料理はどれも満足。
最後に気になっていた郷土食の弁慶メシを追加。
味噌の焼きおにぎりの周りにカラシ菜を巻いた一品。
思っていたより薄味でしたが、これで満腹！
〆て4500円程かな？
美味しい旬の料理を楽しんだ割にはお手頃な価格。
たた、カウンター席の用意も出来上がっておらず、席の案内も無し、手元の楊枝なども無し、料理の説明も聞かないとして貰えない…もう少しサービス精神が欲しいところですね。
