二十数年ぶりに大八食堂へ。
記憶が正しければ、以前は力うどんを食べたような気がします。
ラーメン、うどん、そば、定食、丼ものなど一通りのメニューが揃っている中で、
ラーメンとカルビラーメンが同じ600円なので、カルビラーメンを注文しました。
麺は細めの縮れ麺で茹で加減は丁度よかったですが、よくほぐされておらず麺が所々固まっていたのが残念です。
一方、上にバラバラと乗った牛カルビは小間切れを使っていて、少し噛みにくい所がありました。
カルビ肉はラーメン用に調理したのではなく、おそらく他のメニューと兼用と思われますが、
正油ベースの甘めのスープにはあまり合わなかったかも。
サービスの部分では、高校生向けに特別メニューがありました。
ラーメン、カルビラーメン、味噌ラーメンなどの大盛りがオール500円なので、食べ盛りの高校生にはいいですね。
