一番最初に訪問した時は味噌ラーメンを頂きました。で、その時にケサランパサランを見て、おっ、これが噂のケサランパサランかって！って思って、そっちに気を取られ、味を覚えていません(‥;)
で、二回目訪問した時はその頃私に、ソース焼きそばブームが訪れていたので、あちこち、食べ歩き、ここの焼きそばが私の胃袋を掴んだわけです。
11時10分ちょっと過ぎ、訪問。先客は一人。
私はケサランパサランのよく見える席に上がり、色々、写メり、その内、着丼です。
「適当に作ったスープなんで、しょっぱい時、言って～」って。そう言う気さくな所もいい感じ。私には(^^)
至って普通の見た目ですが、青のりがかかってない所もいいです。ちょっと邪魔な存在なので。私にとってはですけど。
で、私の好きな紅しょうがは必須。あと、麺の柔らかさ、もやしでかさ増ししてない所も、いい。
味付けはしっかり目でかつ、ソースの旨さと塩梅が丁度よい(^.^)
スープは適当って言ってた割にはちょうど良かったですよ。
昔からの常連さん達が次々、やって来ます。
ここは高校生に優遇されてます。
