昨年の暮れに仕事で鶴岡に行った時に
旨い肴と酒を求め、一人彷徨いながら行き着いた
やきとり元気にお邪魔してきまいた
18:30頃入店・・・先客５～６名
カウンター席の恥に座り
ざら～っとメニューチェック
とりあえず生ビールと焼き鳥数本を塩で
それと煮込みを注文しました
座った席の目の前が焼き場って事もあり
ついつい目が行っちゃうのよね～
まずはお通しと生ビールが到着
ゴキュゴキュと喉を鳴らしながらビールをいただいていると
焼き鳥と煮込みが到着！この配膳のタイミングは素晴らしいね
もちろん生おかわりですよ～
焼き鳥は具が大きくてジューシー
塩加減も丁度良い
そのほかの料理も十分に美味しかったです
おかげ様でお腹一杯になりました
ごちそうさまでした。
最後に欲を言えば、店主が焼き場でタバコを吸うのは
いかがなものかと・・・
そう思うのはオイラだけかな？
