この時期、庄内地方では孟宗料理が旬となる
元酒蔵ということで雰囲気にも期待して伺った
飲み物は山ぶどうジュース
初めて皮付きのぶどうが入っているジュースを飲んだ
大変濃厚で、涼しく、美味しい
元朝日村の土地で取れたものらしい
孟宗汁は味噌汁の様な物かと思っていたが、強く酒粕が感じられる味噌仕立ての粘りのある汁だった
鰈の塩加減と柔らかさ、山菜の天ぷら等一つ一つの仕事をしっかりと堪能することができた
