I stopped by at a banquet. The path from the parking lot to the entrance of the brewery is a calm Japanese alley.The inside of the store and the room we used were originally a brewery, so the space is spacious, the seats are comfortable, and the lighting is dimmed, giving it a calm feel. . We had a course meal and asked for free alcohol. Dishes include appetizers, soup, sashimi, grilled foods, fried foods, side dishes, meals, and desserts. All of them were delicious, but the one that stood out to me was the grilled Gassan bamboo...you peel the skin a little to enjoy the texture and flavor. The roast beef was a strong side dish...it had a rich flavor. Tsuyahime and pickled vegetables... Koji's flavorful soy sauce and exquisite Tsuyahime. Some people commented that it was more delicious than Akita rice. And the Shonai vegetable pickles and soy sauce fruit are probably the pinnacle of koji food culture. Mizu Shingen Mochi...A fantastic Japanese Japanese Confectionery made from transparent agar that is famous for its 30-minute expiration date.Alcohol...As a brewery, we have rare alcoholic beverages from Yamagata. Customer service: They politely respond to customers' simple questions.They are thorough in explaining the origin of Wan no Mon, the ingredients, etc., and are able to explain things in English without making you feel uncomfortable. It was a very good restaurant for Kaiseki.
