鶴岡ICのすぐそばにある「庄内観光物産館」のフードコーナー「味街道」で、「肉中華」（¥690、大盛¥100）を食べました。
煮干の匂いがはっきりした醤油スープは、鶴岡・酒田の庄内地方の標準的な中華そばの特徴。
ややあっさりしすぎて少し物足りなさを感じましたが、「中華そば」が¥500で、チャーシューメンに相当する「肉中華」が¥690なので、値段を考えればまずまず。
不思議だったのがトッピングに「麩」がのっていたこと。
この辺りの中華そばには普通のっていません。
物産館のフードコーナーなので、地元の特産品の一つとしてトッピングしたのかと思います。
「麩」をのせたラーメンというと、他に秋田県横手市の「十文字中華そば」が思い浮かびますが、ラーメンのトッピングとしては、個人的にはいま一つ。
